SJD accountant cyberattack

Apologies if a repost.

I’ve been trying to close down my limited company for the past 9 months or so; this has been delayed due to HMRC not (yet) settling a s455 claim.

SJD have also not submitted my year end accounts due to a cyber attack. I understand from Companies House, I could be fined for late payment.

Assuming I have a case to recover any costs from SJD due to their lack of contingency plan?

Anyone else been affected?
