Malware Pop up
Discussion
Hi all
MiLs phone (Samsung Android) has a 'juicy-protector' pop on her browser which worries her. I've installed AVG & told her to ignore the pop up but she worries anyway. Ads, pop ups & re-directs are turned off in Google settings, I've cleared the memory & cache but it's still there. Obviously must be attached to an app she's downloaded but is there any other way of clearing it other than noting her apps & then deleting them one by one until the pop up stops to establish which it was?

I had this on my 2nd smartphone and It came on with a file explorer program. I can't remember how I worked out what program was launching it but when I removed it it stopped. Check all the apps installed and remove anything that doesn't look legitimate or necessary.MiLs phone (Samsung Android) has a 'juicy-protector' pop on her browser which worries her.
