McGurk's - any views?

Hi everyone, I've finally run out of patience with the dreadful service from Aston Martin Hatfield. I've got a Vantage V12 manual that needs service, MOT and investigation into a whining noise when at steady 70'ish. Am thinking of trying McGurk's in Kineton. Any of you guys used them, are they good? thanks

Mine came from McGurks. I’ve had a few minor niggles with it, some of which wouldn’t traditionally be covered under warranty but they’ve sorted the lot for me and then some.

I've only heard good things about McGurks

Was there for an open day before Christmas, they've certainly got a nice workshop and all I spoke too spoke highly of them.

Don't know about their servicing but they I wasn't happy about sales. Tried to fleece me on a part ex. Funnily enough I bought elsewhere and that sales experience means even though they are near by it is to Macclefeild I go AM Performance. Would use Bamford if I could get through!

Only had minor dealings but they were very pleasant.

I also had a whine at 70 ish on my V12V, turned out to be the gearbox so had the transaxle replaced under extended warranty.
Which was good news as the cost was 12K.

Same here with the sales experience. Once bitten and all that...

All my dealings are with Chiltern - never been a problem and they really do care about their customers.

My 4.7 Vantage goes to McGurks for servicing. Very satisfied and only have good things to say about them.
