Travelling back home from Yorkshire last night I had the "pleasure" of driving through the SPECS-monitored roadworks on the M1.
Being a fairly cautious type, I stuck to an indicated 40mph (so actual speed was a little less) but....
What's going on with all these cars who came flying past at 60/70 mph (I estimate).
Either there are a LOT of fines being issued and licences lost, or a LOT of unregistered cars :(
Any comments?
