Bike insurance for a bike thats off the road?

Does anyone provide just fire and theft insurance for a bike that's off the road?
A family member has inherited a bike but doesn't have a license so would like to have it insured whilst its in the garage...?

I’ve insured my track bike on those terms with Bemoto,seemed cheap enough.

Second bemoto, Morris always use to do f&t cover too, not sure if that’s still the case though.
