Ceramic coat first then wax. I use Gtecniq C5 which is about £23 a bottle. Enough for 4 rims.
They need to be spotless first, so unless you’re prepared to spend about 4hrs from start to finish, then just mild car shampoo and water.
Once ceramic coated though the dirt and brake dust comes off much easier.
