Delhi Metro investment,How

Just started investing(s&p 500 through isa),thought about diversifying.
Is it possible to invest in the Delhi Metro System or in some form of bonds or directly?
I am quite ignorant about investment.

Did they talk much about the profitability of the system? Or how much debt they carry? Or how much cash they are splurging with the expansion?

I saw the same programme. They are certainly intending to carry out major work, for years.
I doubt if there's any significant profit to be had on the Delhi metro itself - possibly the building companies?
