Appraisal Charges

Hello.

I have sent back my 1st lease car.

The guy who collected it identified a minor scratch on the rear bumper and put this down as a minor.
Otherwise car was clear.

I have received no copy of a report.
I have however just received an invoice for £305 from Kia Contract hire for Bonnet Damage, Bumper Damage, A Post Damage.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

I 'spose I'll have to ask for more info, but nothing I saw and definitely nothing bigger than the hole in the piece of card they sent me.

The gut pointed out the light scratch on the back but to be honest I'd never even noticed this.

just go off the paperwork from when you handed it over.

anything else could have been done after.
