Aston Martin DB9 Heater control knobs

The heater / blower control knobs on my 2007 db9 look tatty. 2 of them cleaned up well with metal polish but one of them looks much worse for my efforts. I've searched on here and there were a lot of older posts about aftermarket replacements knobs, are these still available? The only option I've seen at the moment is a full set from Aston Martin which was not cheap!

I purchased some beautiful solid 316 stainless steel knobs from him a few years ago, not sure if he's doing them now, they are expensive, over £300 but worth every penny.
