how over the top is that 
When I had my Corvette, one day I got a note through the door from a lady asking if I would take her husband for a spin since he's a Corvette fanatic, but never been in one.
I called the number and took the guy for a ride. He was thrilled by the whole thing and later on that day after I'd dropped him off he came by my flat and dropped of a copy of Corvette Summer for me.
Woeful film
The car is hideous and the plot (car gets stolen at start and Luke Skywalker spends the rest of the film trying to track it down) means you don't even get to see it for the main part. There is a very nice black bullnose trans-am at the end though. And a saucy girl in a dayvan too

I got my Region 1 DVD delivered last week and sat down with a few beers and watched it on Sunday.
After convincing myself that it was going to be complete rubbish, I was pleasantly surprised. I enjoyed watching it. OK it’s not a great film and I wont urge people to go and watch it but is was better than I thought. Also quite interesting watching Mark Hamil in a roll that does not require a lightsaber
Loved the Bullnose, the chase could have done with being a bit longer and the Day Van (Vanessa) was cool
