We have recently become aware of this thread and the contents within it. There were far too many posts that breach our rules of posting, specifically around rule 5:
Do not name and shame any company or individual, or post content which could cause reputational damage or which could be deemed as libellous or defamatory. To do so puts you at risk of legal action and we may be obliged by law to disclose your personal data.
The thread created potential legal implications and that's simply not something we want to get tied up in. As a result, any new threads created on this subject matter will be closed and while we really want to avoid suspending or banning members, we may ultimately have to do so if our rules are not respected.
We recognise that this will likely cause frustration, but we strive to remain neutral and it is not our place to comment further as this is not a PistonHeads matter.
