A little help please?

So, probably a vain hope, but my mother recently found some very old 8mm film my grandfather took of his favourite car, an Armstrong Siddeley Sapphire (a 346?). He had three reels of film of the car in France, him driving it, filming through the windscreen driving along French roads in the late 50s.
Clearly he loved it & would have fitted in with modern PHers filming theirs cars and posting the results.
Reg number was PYM 56, so if there are any PH detectives who can find out what happened to it, that would be great. expectations are that it is currently on it's fourth reincarnation as a washing machine by now though.

Cheers.

You probably already know this, but PYM 56 wasn't transferred and doesn't live on on a newer car. It's not listed on the MOT checker, so didn't survive past 1992 (I think)
Thank you.Saw that it wasn't currently listed - didn't know about not being transferred.
Hope in a million that it's sitting in someone's shed, preferably a PHer, who'd pop up and go "sure come round and see it"

After that, it really is luck.
