Anybody on plusnet mobile?

I'm out of contract with O2 and after shopping around found I can knock £15 a month off my bill with Plusnet same package. Any feedback on them please?

Yes they are on EE network, never had any issues.

The only issue is as soon as joined they put the price up, now two times, yet a new contract is cheaper...

I've been with PlusNet for a few years for broadband and mobile.

I'm paying around £6 per month for a mobile contract and 5GB data. As I recall I get 2GB extra because of the broadband contract.

I'm happy with the service and never had a problem. Whenever I speak to them they are helpful and clear.

As above, I have been with them a few years. I get 4.5GB for six quid. My son signed up recently and he gets 6GB for six quid.

It has just gone up to about £6.35 I think and we also get a couple of extra GB for having their broadband.

Service wise I can't fault it though.

When I was with them they didn't do SMS 'short codes' sometimes used by businesses, banks and for parking payment.
