Definitely not standard equipment on a 390SE, but can't comment on a 350.

However, it reminds me of the one about the constipated mathematician, who worked it out with a pencil and paper...

I think you must have an early model.

Due to lack of funding the boiled sweet was replaced by a small piece of dry burger bun and a chicken nugget in the later models.

Of course the street racers soon modified these by fitting a whole chicken and a large, crusty bloomer - but the significant loss of torque made this unpopular.

Ah, so if the chicken is absent then the 'clucks' must have gone?
If any crusty bloomers turned up in my car, I'd have some very searching questions from me Julie...

A bit off the posted topic this but has anyone tried fitting alternative seats to a wedge as mine is definitly a bit tired. I've read somehwere that Mazda MX-5 seats make a good replacement...

I assume you mean normal road seats? I have a race seat in mine but the same considerations apply - ie the space is actually quite limited (width) with door handle and transmission tunnel being main problems.

I asked this once to a guy selling some and he said they don,t. Don't know if its true but he seemed honest about it, said they were wider?

A week after i bought mine, I found a Rolex.
Dealer gave me a LITRE of malt and has promised the next service free as it was his chief mehanics.
So i guess things under the seat are not standard, but a welcome extra.
