Hello All,

The directional control (with the enter button in the middle) is not working properly. Of all four directions, only the right works correctly. This renders the nav/infotainment screen essentially nonfunctional. Has anyone else ever experienced this? Any quick fixes apart from replacing the unit?

Your not alone. Mine works left, right and up but not down. Interested to hear if anyone has any solutions.

Had the same problem with my DB9. 05 model with the joystick. It was intermittent and sometimes using one of those aerosols of inert gas for cleaning negatives or electricals would help for a bit. Eventually had the unit replaced.

Have had similar issue with mine - pushing in slightly when moving in the desired direction works for me

This stuff is great for sticky switches. I’ve not used it in the same car, but it’s worked well on others and PlayStation controllers that show the same signs.

Any way to pull off the Enter control knob? Thinking I can remove it and use the cleaning spray.
