£25 - £30k M5

Potentially upgrading later this year to next year and in my browsing I have found an M5 could be bought for less than £30k.

I'm amazed that something like an M5 can be be got for far less than imagined. What would running costs be like?

Also I'm assuming if anything needs doing it potentially could be ruinous?
