Most unfortunate acronym?

Was just watching a short satirical piece on YouTube about the Australian government’s policy on EVs called “Future Fuel Strategy”…or FFS for short. Mmm. Doesn’t that acronym already exist?
Any other unfortunate or not well thought out acronyms?
(Although having heard what they are planning…or rather not planning to do about EVs then FFS sounds about right)

In 1984 Honda launched the NS400R and like all high performance two strokes of the time it had a power valve system called
A.T.A.C. stood for Auto Torque Amplification Control. Well apparently they were going to call it
Honda Experimental Research Power Exhaust System.
This was told to me by a Honda Service rep many many moons ago.

I used to work in a section called software support team, they decided they wanted to rebrand it just to software support.
All the new headed paper everything, signs the lot, all turned up with SS on them. Made even worse as this was on a military base. Answering the phone ‘good morning Sgt xyz, SS how can we help got some funny coughs down the phone. Needless to say we were quickly rebranded back to, yes you guessed it software support team.
I imagine some officer got promoted out of that one.

Within the NHS there was a plan for a Sunderland Health Information Team which got canned at the very last stages before implementation when the board twigged

Might be an apocryphal tale but I heard Newcastle Poly was rebranding itself as City University Newcastle Upon Tyne and didn't twig until they had some t-shirts and stationary printed up and rapidly threw threw them out, changing course to settle on Northumbria University.
A friend was at Newcastle Poly at this time, and this was indeed doing the rounds. Whether it was a formal idea or just high jinks from those malarky-loving students, I'm not sure.In a similar tone, although not an abbreviation, there is the unofficial tourist slogan for Northern Territory - C U in the N T. Yes, you can buy the t-shirt...
