Came across this image on the BBC website just now.

As much as we all love to 'debate' on here it's amazing how quickly every day life can change, and how pointless most of the stuff we worry about day to day compared to real problems people are facing not that far away.

That would have been quite an aspirational car when it was bought I imagine. Clearly anyone buying an EV also has a little faith and interest in the future too. Very sad to consider that outlook in contrast to what has happened.

It's certainly poignant to see a car 'of the future' wrecked on a battlefield in a war that honestly feels like it's from 50 years ago.
