To all those wonderful, lovely women out there, I hope you have a wonderful day and we men of the world truly appreciate everything you do for us and society.

So let's see those fabulous & inspirational women. I'll start....

Queen Elizabeth II, she's had a tough year but still has gravitas in shovel loads, a global colossus, a true icon of the modern age;

We have IWD at work - free lunch for all women.

Lat year on IMD, the women complained that it wasn't inclusive, so the email was reworded to include anyone who identified as a man, for the free lunch.

So we've said that we're identifying as women today, for the free lunch, and all the women are complaining. Go figure.

OK going to controversial now, was going to start a thread of its own, but might as well post here .

War in Ukrain, all men must stay, women can leave.

In recent years due to equality women have been allowed to join the marins (sp?), fight on the front line, join the SAS, yet I have heard no women right activists, poloticians, actors come out with the opinion that women too should stay and do their bit to defend the country.

I know many have stayed.

I almost forgot to include all the women in Ukraine that are facing Putins bombs and missiles, some are fighting, some are helping feed the defenders, some are tending the wounded and some are looking after the children...

All are heroes!
