Microsoft email problems

We're having issues with an outlook.com mail account today. Is it just us, or is anyone else having the same issues?

Basically mail won't send or goes slowly.

have you logged into webmail and tried to send from there?

that's how I would start.

Seems fine to me, and don't see any service status or Twitter reports of issues.

Yes I tried webmail and it works. So it must be this end.
