FedEx Swindon?

Having a nightmare with a really important FedEx parcel.
Its bouncing between two fedex branches- its currently in Swindon and i'm happy to go and get it, but i can't get ANY sense from customer service.
Can anyone help with a phone number or contact at the Swindon branch please who might be able to help?

I don't have direct experience with FedEx, however most of the couriers seem to operate in the same way. By this, I mean that they are almost impossible to get hold of should something go awry.
Do you have twitter? I have had the most luck posting something on there and the social media teams are pretty good at picking up the queries and sorting stuff out. At the very least be able to give you further information.
