Which best hpi

I'm buying a car this week from a reputable local dealer and was wondeing which is the best HPI to use?

I've seen the HPI that the dealer themselves have run, the car did have finance on it but i've also been shown a document to confirm that the amount outstanding had been cleared

Is there something else i can do to verify this independently?

Ring the finance company and confirm it’s been paid off and they have no further interest in it.

I use Vcheck but as above call the finance company yourself to confirm they no longer have any interest in the vehicle.
