Graphics Output Profiles?

I have a NVIDA GTX1080 card, it's setup with 4 monitors. I want to be able to toggle between having all 4 monitors on and only one on, ie turn three of them off when I'm running a game and turn them back on when I want to do some work.

Is there a utility out there that will let me quickly switch profiles? I assumed it would jsut be in the NVIDIA control Panel, but there's nothing there.
