New owner and exploring
Discussion
Hi everyone,
I bought my Chimera from Fernhurst October 21, exported it to Seattle, and she's finally sitting in my garage (as of last week). I'm now exploring the car and getting to know it a little better.

There are two pipe connectors just below the plenum and mine do not have any connections (they look like vacuum line connections). There is a pipe that has been bunged and I'm assuming it should connect to one of these connectors. Does anyone know what these are for, should they have pipes on them, and what is and where should this pipe that I'm holding go? Image of car just for fun.
Thanks all.

The hose you are holding, if it has a bolt screwed into it with that jubilee clip holding it tight it’s the bleed point for the inlet manifold if you happen to need to refill or bleed the system.
By removing the bolt as you fill the system from swirl pot it forces air out the system at its highest point. Air pockets can be difficult to remove so this bleed point is very useful
It’s similar in action to the radiator bleed screw which helps remove air as you fill rad.
Car looks great. Enjoy.

You described that hose exactly. Good to know what it is. Thanks.By removing the bolt as you fill the system from swirl pot it forces air out the system at its highest point. Air pockets can be difficult to remove so this bleed point is very useful
