Ebay Micropayment

back on 27 Jan i got an email from ebay telling me they had put two micropayments into my account ending ( correct four numbers shown)

and to reply to the email with the two amounts. nothing ever arrived.
Was this a genuine email? as there is a funny aroma i cannot quite place

I had this issue - amounts arrived about 10 days later. Best bet is to call their phone support - they were genuinely helpful.
