Mortgage & Savings: Same bank?
Discussion
Probably over thinking this - but planning to move S&S ISA to a fixed fee provider. Looks like Lloyds group top the charts, followed by Interactive Investor.
Is there any risk to having a S&S ISA as well as mortgage with Lloyds group companies? Presumably this should all be ring fenced and accounts kept very separate so no interaction between them. Still feels a bit like too many eggs in a single basket.
I am tempted by II at the moment as it has what looks to be better access and tools vs the Lloyds / Halifax / iWeb options, but note it is double the cost. Not massive in grand scheme of things though (£60 vs £120)
