Corporate anti-spam killer?

The firm I work for have around 80 users on MS Exchange 5.5, running on NT. (Yes I know it's prehistoric but it only needs to last us nine months.)

Some people are getting loads of spam in their mailboxes.

What is the best and most economic way of tackling this?
