As the title suggests, I’m looking for a watch box to keep my collection in and would like some recommendations as will be buying online. Has to be for 8 to 10 and of decent quality. Hopefully sub £100!

Secondly, a safe that would be large enough to keep it in, again decent quality. I may be off the mark here, but I’d say the ability to bolt the safe firmly to the ground would be preferred. No point in having one if it can be moved easily! Thanks

Have a look at the safes here

https://www.safe.co.uk/safes

Then consider the cash value of your collection vs the safes valuables rating. £1000 cash is £10000 valuables normally.

Next try img to consider is if you’re thinking you might add extra to your collection. Be that watches or jewellery and make sure you factor that into your rating. You don’t want your safe to be under value at a later date. Be that through new purchases or increases in value, then have to replace it again.

Finally check with your insurer if it needs to be professionally installed or you’re ok to do it yourself.

The little safes you can buy in B&Q are pretty much worthless for any real valuables.

Finally, some insurers will add 50% to the cash value of the safe if you have a PIR alarm sensor in the same room.
