Paint Defect Conundrum

Hi all, I had a new car delivered on the 7th March. 5 days after delivery I noticed what looked like a defect in the paint on the back door. It was a nice day and bright sunlight was shining directly on the car. I tried some AF Tripple on the mark, but it made no difference. I've attached the clearest photograph I took of it below –



I emailed Polestar about it, but as yet it has not been looked at.

But that's where things get unusual, today I can't for the life of me find it. Sun is shining brightly on the door, but it's gone. Honestly, I feel like I'm going mad.

So looking at it, can anyone make a suggestion as to what it is, or was?!
