10k investment-ISA?
Discussion
So I’ve got 10k sitting in bank account doing nothing. Looking to invest into something with a better return that’s fairly risk free so not into crypto etc so was thinking ISAs but I know nothing about them. When I researched a little the info/choice is a little overwhelming.
So in a nutshell could anyone recommend a reputable company or ISA that could possibly suit.
Can leave this money say 3 years to see how it goes.

You need to decide what level of risk you are happy with as ‘fairly risk free’ probably means 1% interest.
If you want to aim for 8% you shouldn’t be in a panic over being down say 15%.
Three years isn’t really long enough to be in stocks and shares the way the world is and expect to be up a reasonable amount.
Having said that Vanguard products are popular on here and they have options in their life strategy range from 100% shares down depending on your attitude to risk.
