986 Boxster Driver Window Issues

I seem to have the double whammy of issues with my driver's window, where it could be the regulator or microswitch or even both.

My 3 symptoms are

1). The window drops, but doesn't stay down when the door is open.

2). The window glass is misaligned towards the front.

3). The door doesn't close properly. After I've locked it via the key, the door will protude about 1cm and I have to force it shut until the latch picks up.

Any help would be great
