Swapping Personal wheel with Nardi-- new boss required?

Just bought a swanky Nardi steering wheel and read that it has the same PCD as Personal wheels (same company)-- will this require a new boss to make work, or will it be a one-for-one swap?

Any feedback would be most appreciated!

I have a Nardi Woodrim fitted to my car Griff and fitted no problem at all. The wheel was an optional extra many years ago, as per photo.
