Can I swap my wallbox to a tesla wallconnector as I prefer it and it has the button to open the charge port? I remember reading somewhere the tesla wall connector needs some further safety installations that the wallbox has built-in
I can't say anything about the Wallbox but the Tesla unit doesn't have a PEN fault device which is required for the UK. That means either installing an earth rod or a dedicated PEN fault box which is just over £100.
