As seen on Great British Menu, I can only assume this box is a keep warm device?

Do you know where I can buy one? or what they are called?

I thought it must be like the tea light versions, but I was hoping it was a modern version which has even heat output across the rack rather than over the flame...

Perhaps one of those 'hot rock' cooking stones under there would do the job

Entirely a GBM thing as they don't have a proper pass with heat lamps.

Not that anything should be knocking around under these for more than a minute or so.
