I found my OPC "used car" bodyshop by accident. A smart repairer recommended a company in Leicester just around the corner from the OPC there. So I went to the OPC first and a new receptionist told me they don't have a bodyshop and refer owners to Chartwell.
I then went to the recommended bodyshop, https://www.colourkit.co.uk and noticed the car park was full of Porsches. The manager explained they were OPC Leicester's body shop but of course I was sceptical and so later phoned the OPC, spoke to Daisy who deals with paint issues, and she confirmed Chartwell get all new car warranty work and Colourkit deal with the used cars.
Hence my opening question. If not Chartwell, who did the repair... OPC in house or an outsourced body shop? Either way it's terrible!
My front end refresh was perfect. No adjacent panel blending needed. A perfect colour match. Yes, I was sceptical too but Harry at Colourkit explained how they are able to do this with some Porsche colours (Rhodium here).
I can recommend them but they may be too far away for a second opinion on yours. I you can get to them they'd carry weight with your OPC as another OPC uses them.

That is an absolutely shocking job, I would not be surprised if that came out of a Porsche approved bodyshop as they are so variable, being Porsche approved is not a guarantee of good quality just extorionate pricing.
You need to work out what you expect the dealer to do for rectification, repaint properly or reject car, etc.

By way of balance, OPC Cambridge just repaired some small areas of aluminium corrosion along the top of the door just below the window trim on my wife’s Aston DB9 GT, which involved repainting the whole door and blowing in on the rear quarter and front wing. The colour was Scintilla Silver, which is a metallic with an incredible metallic finish.
The job was completed extremely well and to a very high standard.
OPC Cambridge Body Shop also do Astons, as they are part of the same group and both Dealerships sit next door to each other.
