I need to deal with a couple of minor marks on my red RX7.

I'm aware of the issues with red fade and matching but it has to be done and I wondered if anyone could recommend a particular supplier in terms of quality. price, etc?

TIA.

IIRC chipex gets a few recommendations.
Not used them personally.

I've always used paints4u and not had any issues.
Bought a rattle can just last week and it's a good match for brg mazda mx5 paint.

Ring your local body shop supplies place and see if they have the ability to do on site colour matched/mixed paint.
Mine does; I’ve taken the petrol cap off cars to use as a sample and had good results.

I've used Chipex before on a red car and found the colour match to be fine on small scratches, chips etc.

Gone for Chipex so we'll see how that goes. If no good I'll get the paint scanned by a bodyshop. I've got a couple of relatively inconspicuous areas I can try first. I was surprised Chipex doesn't include clear lacquer so I'll try with and without.
