Let’s see what you guys have as sun set ups. I have G920 on a dodgy stand.

Fanatec Wheel and pedal setup on a playseat challenge. I had a Logitech G27 before and think the extra torque of the Fanatec deserves a sturdier stand.

At the moment I’m camping in the living room as that’s where the PS5 lives, but we have a spare bedroom upstairs I’m in the process of converting into a man cave.

TV is an LG G1 and sound from Sonos Arc, sub and 2x one SLs. The TV is too high but we only recently moved in so are planning to revise the setup in time!

GT Omega cockpit, Fanatec DD1 wheel and lots of blue LEDs!

Usually race ACC through LFM servers.....mostly found near the back of the pack.

I am going to enter into negotiations with my wife about a set up... Thinking G29 and playseat Gran Turismo..... I would like to say cheap and cheerful, but it is not exactly cheap...

I've just bought a Fanatec DD wheel as an upgrade from my Logitech wheel. It didn't come with the right bolts to fit my GT Omega stand, but they arrived this morning so I should be able to set it up over the weekend.

I've a Logitech G29 wheel, pedals, shifter.
A home-made wooden frame that I cobbled together with a Porsche 928 seat I had lying around.

Do the playseats move around much? I've a G29 and I've currently got a stand for it but whenever I'm drifting the stand starts moving around which inevitably throws you off

I'm not sure if that's a good thing or bad thing... biggrin

(I will admit to getting a bit bored during Lockdown 1, hence 'Disney')

The play seat is fine, I use one with my g923. Obviously it’s not as stable as something more expensive but it does the job well enough. I’ve even fitted transducers to mine so I get feedback lol

Playseat with g29 wheel and recently upgraded pedals from truebrake loadcell modded g29 ones to fanatec csl. You can get extra supports to make the playseat more rigid, considering doing that and upgrading to CSL DD wheel at some point.

Was mostly playing iracing but came across LFM and looking to get my ACC speed up to join that.

Took a bit of time at the weekend to tidy the cabling from rig to PS5/PC. GT7 has been my go to racer since its release but since the new year (When I built the rig) it was iRacing.

Are those sort of chairs sturdy enough for a, erm, how do I put this - "chunky lad"? I really want a small set up that I can pack away as I really don't have the room for it, but with my not small size I could do with a proper seat and frame. They seem to be either cheap and looking like the sort of IKEA chair that will break or super sturdy and need an annex to put them in,

Old office chair, recliner! Ikea desk, 10 year old G25 on a very basic stand, 5 year old PC, smallish monitor. Socks.

That is really all you need.

No gloves, no boots, if youa re doing that, I feel for you
