Gear box oil

I am looking at changing gear box and diff oil’s.I remember seeing a list of oils and quantities on here a while back but can’t find it.Any suggestions about quantity and brands. Thanks.

Like mentioned GKN Torsen style diff not particular about oil, just my cents change it regular as parts are scarce apart from bearings but not cheap to rebuild so look after what you got they get hot near the exhaust and in the hot tub tunnel so oil degrades quicker than you think , I use Dexron 3 branded synthetic in T5 trans/g box

Tremec recommends Dex3 which supersedes that old school mineral 220 Dex2 lube , just saying
