Sunglasses with coloured lenses

I bought a pair of Sungod sunglasses which have an orange lens.
On the outside they look orange but on the inside they look violet.
The issue I have is that in my peripheral vision I see the violet colour, as if I am looking through a bubble, which makes wearing them difficult as it blocks out that part of my vision. I do not have this issue with my grey coloured dirtydog wrap aroundish sunglasses.
Has anyone else experienced this issue with coloured lenses from other sunglasses companies? My options are to send these back and get a pair with black lenses, or buy another pair of dirtydogs.
My sunglasses are limited edition hence why I can send them back. If I exchange them and don't get on with them then I cannot send them back as they're classed as a custom set.
