OK so I used this product back in November/December to remove scratch marks, they looked great afterwards however a few months later and they are back again, so I have tried this again, I used it three times on the car today, applying, cleaning off and then drying to see what scratches remained, x 3 so here are some before and after pictures. There are still some scratches to be seen but I felt like I was about to get heat stroke on this very sunny afternoon. Will wax for now and if necessary, try again before winter starts up.

It’s probably just masking them by filling or they are too deep?
Have you a link to the product?
A DA polisher and some good compound is your friend here but Farecla do have a good reputation.

^^^^ That.
It's filling the scratches, not polishing them smooth.
Be careful though, as if you try & polish scratches out you are thinning the clearcoat & it's all too easy to go through esp as most manufacturers don't use as much as they used to!

Is this the stuff you are using?

If so:
During application, the abrasive particles in the compound adhere to the applicator pad, whilst the lubricants and wax particles remain on the substrate. The mechanical action from the applicator and temperature rise incurred by polishing cause the wax particles to coalesce in to a film which spreads across the substrate to form a consistent layer providing temporary protection and gloss enhancement.
