Hi, Can someone tell me how to remove the centre air vent just in front of the gear stick please

Presume you mean the two adjustable black air vents in front of the gear lever. If so, these are push fitted nto the fibreglass air box so simply pull them out. There may have been some residual glue from the leather trim that their butt up to so may need a bit of prising to get off.
