People don't report it properly. Police don't have time/resource to investigate. Police don't scour Youtube to find these. Sometimes with some added plausible deniability.

Ha, funnily enough I was working in Bradford last year. Just minding my own business on a dual carriageway, Toyota in front stops, about 8 people get out and walk across 4 lanes to get to McDonald’s or similar on others side, how none got splatted I’ll never know

Leeds Road in Bradford after 9pm. If you stand around there on the main road (assuming you don't get robbed) you won't have to wait long to see some dumb stuff happening.

But, I found it pretty tame.
I see this kind of driving on a daily basis.
