Low calorie savoury breakfast - not eggs
Discussion
3 pieces of bacon, between 2 bits of bread will be about 300 kcal. That's about the same as a fairly modest bowl of cereal with semi skimmed milk. It's what I have often have in hotels when I'm working away for extended periods, a full fry up in the morning seems like it should be a treat, not a daily occurance.
A bit unconventional, but I quite like a can of Heinz tomato soup for breakfast. Can heat it up and throw it in a flask for the drive to work. 200 kcal, pretty light in anyone's book.

If sausages are perfect...get leaner ones? Or you could get turkey sausages (which are 80cals a sausage). the leaner pork sausages are 89cals per.
Another low calorie alternative to bread are rice cakes. 30cals each cake, so you'll have to eat 4 of them until you're eating the same amount as 1 slice of bread.

What about one half of https://www.sainsburys.co.uk/gol-ui/product/all-24... stir fried with a little bit of ham / chopped bacon and a few mushrooms or peas?
Works out at 162cal for the rice plus whatever meat or veg gets added - would also be a good way of using any left over meat, fish or veg from night before.
