Usb and bluetooth audio output at the same time

Windows 10, nice new Lenovo laptop, I have a set of wireless headphones that I use to listen to audio, they have a little plug in that goes into the usb socket.

I also have a set of desk speakers, these work off the Bluetooth in the laptop, I want to be able to listen to both at the same time if i choose, I have trouble hearing, others watching videos with me don't.

Can I do this ? I've had a fiddle but cant get it to output to two things at the same time.

I'm sure its simple but I cant get it to do it.
