Tyre pressures on non standard wheels

My newly acquired Chim is shod with 17" rims all round. There are 205/45 tyres on the front and 225/45 tyres on the rear.

Has anyone any recommendation as to what tyre pressures I should have in them?

I am running 17s and have 22F 24R

F 225 45 17
R 245 45 15
