Contactless problem

I have 3 contactless cards - a natwest debit, natwest mastercard and an RBS credit card. All work perfectly well with their pin numbers. The accounts are all in good order. However, non of the cards will work contactless. Anyone any ideas ??.. and, no, I'm not going to give any further details !!

Maybe, but it's the same banking group so possibly not.

I have a NatWest & RBS contactless card. The RBS card has never worked contactless. It does work contactless when using mobile/Google Pay.

RBS have now sent out a new Mastercard Debit card to replace the Visa one and it now works fine.
