Cynergy Bank Cash ISA

I have a cash ISA with Virgin and want to transfer to another provider which pays more interest. i checked the best rates on Money Saving Expert and Cynergy Bank came out on top for instant access but having checked them out on Trustpilot, reviews are mixed. I really don't want any issues in the event I need to contact them or problems trying to withdraw funds etc so just wanted to ask if anyone else is using Cynergy Bank and should I be concerned?

They’re fine. Pay well compared to others in the market, I had 3 cash ISAs with them up until late last year all paying near 2%. Do wish I hadn’t swapped them out to S&S ISAs in November. Ho hum, 15 year plan…
