Suggest Sat 24th September as I'm likely to be in the country ! That pub in Virginia water is as good as anywhere (Rich - help me out with location)

For all Maser owners past and present and special guest invites to owners of cross eyed cars.

What are all your thoughts?

Dave

I'm up for that!

2 options with VW pubs. If there are a lot of us then a meet at the Wheatsheaf on the main A30 road would be more appropriate as bigger car park etc.

However if it's a reasonable meet (say 10-15 cars) then the Rose and Crown on Thorpe Green (also in Virginina Water) serves excellent food.

Count me in - be good to meet some faces from this board

~ROUTE INFO

----------------------------------------------------

I won't be posting the route here as thats just asking for trouble! I'll mail the attendees a few days in advance with a marked out route. Won't be a biug drive however and we won't be being daft, but I'll try to take you to a few interesting local points of interest as well as some excellent tarmac....

Currently I'm preferring the Rose and Crown on Thorpe green as a better meeting point, and more importantly the food there beats the Wheatsheaf on the main road into a cocked hat...

Yeah count me in too guys... I live in Camberley so very easy to find. I like the one on the A30, more spaces for all of the cool cars.

I will enter this link on my web forum to get some others to join in.

How about an earlier meet too?

See yer all soon....

starting to sound good!

Bizarrely had a mini PH meet (probably one of the most distant) in Moscow last Thursday - a vette driver, boxster driver and another guy (not a PHr) who had a 3200 !!

Virginnia Water - Surrey. Between Ascot and Staines.
If you're looking at the M25 it's basically around 8 or 9 on the clockface - about 2 miles outside the M25.

room for a female assetto driver at the VW meeting?

i still need to know if my manual 2002 3200GT AC will need a recall. Does anyone know if that year model is involved?

Be great to have you along - the more 3200s the better (especially an assetto )

yes it is. its free so get on to your dealer. mine took 3 days in total.

..Having spoken in detail when I dropped my 2002 car in for the recall the technicians confirmed that all 3200's are affected as they all use the same mounting for the steering rack. (the subject of the recall).
