Great value if it's ok.
I've driven plenty of high milers that have been in good order.
If I was looking to buy/own that car I'd do the following.
1. I'd want to hear it started from cold.
2. I'd find a Bmw specialist local to the seller and pay them £100 to stick it on a ramp and give it a look over.

Speaking as someone with 235k on an E90 330i N52, for 4k this looks a great motor.
As the chaps say, give it a good look over on a lift if poss. and plug it into INPA etc...
On mine, It was at about this mileage that all the suspension bushes started to fall to pieces, DISA's rattled & fell to bits, rear wheel bearings gave up and the eccentric shaft sensor failed. All of these were sort of consumables and at the miles, well overdue..
If it checks out and for around 4k, go for it.
