Win 11 Mrdia player problems

upgraded from Win 10 to Win 11 ( as microsoft kept on pestering me)
I have a trailcam that i video our fox and hedgehog visitors and had no problems
since installing Win !! the file takes an age to load ( from an SD card that is always used) and when it has loaded the avi file does not
Oh also has the laptop repaired as Win 10 was takin up to 25mins to load...honest. currys installed a new one and it was ok until this win !! problem
Any thoughts as to why?
